Hosted by The City of North Liberty and Sugar Bottom Bikes, The North Liberty Bike Swap is a one-day event held on February 15th in North Liberty, IA that connects the community with cycling stuff to sell with people who want to buy it. 2023 and 2024 were our first years and we saw a huge turnout of over 500 attendees each year. For 2025 we will be using the entire downstairs of the North Liberty Rec Center again. Expect to see vendors ranging from local bike shops to enthusiasts looking to unload their old gear, to local events and organizations looking to spread the word about themselves!
GENERAL ADMISSION
Admission is free to anyone and everyone. Just show up, walk in, and shop some awesome bike stuff! Make sure to show up early before all the good stuff gets picked over! Bring multiple forms of payment including cash, check, venmo, paypal, etc. There is an ATM near the front desk.
VENDOR INFO
Early vendor registration begins January 1st 2025.
Interested in being a vendor? Whether you’re a bike shop, an enthusiast, a racer, an artist, an organization, or an event, as long as its cycling related we want you here! Admission for Vendors is FREE as well! We do ask that you only register if you are 100% committed to coming. Vendor space includes a 3’ish X 8’ish foot table and chairs unless more or less space is requested. Bike sales and demos are welcome as well (Bike Shop Vendors Max Space = 2 tables and space for 8 Bikes)
New vendors will only be guaranteed one 3 X 8′ Spot. Please request how much you space you would like, and hopefully we will be able to accomodate everyone. Vendors returning from 23/24 will be guaranteed at least the same amount of space they had from previous years.
For maximum success be prepared to take paypal, venmo, and/or cash. We recommend printing off a QR code linking to venmo and/or paypal for easy payment.
