Sunday April 29 will be one of the regularly scheduled trail work days. We’re within a short distance of completing the 104 portion of the reroute which changes the original trail, so we hope to finish that. Also there are beginning to be trimming issues. If enough people are available we may do a trim and mow pass on 304. ICORR has acquired a new hedge trimmer with about 4 ft of reach. This has been tested on 101 and 103 and it works great for trimming thorny stuff from overhead and alongside the trail. Should speed up the process considerably and improve the effectiveness with the extra reach. The weather looks like it will be decent for trail work on Sunday so come out if you can. Meet at the beach trailhead at 9AM. Bring gloves and water to drink. Long pants are best for working on the trails.
